Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Handlers for a manufacturing company in Mankato, MN. In this role, you'll help keep production running smoothly by preparing materials, managing inventory, and supporting shipping and receiving operations. What You'll Do as a Material Handler:

• Prepare materials to meet production timelines
• Handle inbound and outbound materials throughout the facility
• Load trucks and assist with shipping activities
• Perform inventory transactions and ERP system data entry
• Read and interpret blueprints as needed
• Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Prioritize workflow to meet deadlines and production demands

What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role:

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Ability to obtain forklift and overhead crane certification through company training
• Previous experience with ERP systems and inventory management preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Ability to use a tape measure and basic hand tools
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
