The perfect candidate for this role is a professional with 1-3 years of experience in the federal logistics or facilities space. The individual should have the ability to complete both quantitative and qualitative analysis, understand, or the ability to learn asset/ property valuation methodology and a basic understanding of financial reporting. The candidate should be self-driven, a fast learner and one who thrives in a collaborative environment. They’ll be working alongside teammates to achieve common goals and deliver outstanding client services.Required Qualifications:* Active Secret Clearance* Bachelor’s degree (preferably in finance, accounting, logistics or a business discipline)* 2 years of federal financial management or auditing experience (In lieu of a 4-year degree)* Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach to work* Ability to travel to support client needs: travel is estimated at 10 percent* Ability to be onsite 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays); there's some flexibility when needed### Desired Skills* DoD FM Certification Level 1, 2 or 3* Experience with data analytic* Experience with inventory management* Experience with general equipment (GE)* Experience asset/ property valuation* Experience with financial statementsEqual Opportunity Statement:Seneca Holdings provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex/gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, genetic information and/or predisposing genetic characteristics, victim of domestic violence status, veteran status, or other protected class status.
