Tavern Kitchen Manager - Seventy Six Silverado Ranch Las Vegas, NV, United States Job Description NOW HIRING – Assistant General Manager Seventy Six Taverns by Station Casinos Seventy Six Taverns by Station Casinos — your neighborhood tavern — is opening its Seventh location at Silverado Ranch and Arville, and we are looking for a talented, professional, and energized Kitchen Manager. About Seventy Six Taverns Seventy Six Taverns offers a high-energy, all-American atmosphere featuring: 15 state-of-the-art 20” LCD gaming machines VIP Gaming Club with free play and exciting slot promotions 18 high-definition TVs for nonstop sports action A full bar and restaurant serving handcrafted food and cocktails 24 hours a day Description Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Seventy Six’s “We Win Heart Service” company-wide culture and demonstrating Seventy Six’s Service Standards at all times. Behave in a positive, professional manner that reflects the company’s culture. Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment. Know and consistently comply with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area. Ensure kitchen and equipment are in good working order and that work area is clean and hazard-free. Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed. Perform other related duties as needed. Qualifications Must have at least six months experience in a similar capacity. Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards. Must be able to handle a flexible schedule. Must demonstrate sound judgement and mature decision-making. Must possess and demonstrate great attention to detail to maintain appearance and operating standards. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push 150 to 250 lbs on a pushcart and enter walk-ins of 10 degrees to 140 degrees with or without reasonable accommodations. Must be able to reach, bend and stoop.
