Job Description Industry: Food Processing / Meat Production Location: Fallsington, Pennsylvania Position Details Role: Journeyman / Journeywoman Meat Cutter Pay Rate $18–$22 per hour, based on experience Relocation Benefits Relocation assistance available Hotel accommodation available with applicable deduction Rental car and gas program available, approximately $300 per month Job Responsibilities Perform professional meat cutting, trimming, and portioning Use knives and meat-cutting tools safely and efficiently Prepare cuts according to production requirements and quality standards Maintain consistency in size, weight, and presentation of meat portions Work efficiently in a production and meat-processing environment Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Handle meat products carefully to maintain quality and minimize waste Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional meat-cutting experience required Journeyman / Journeywoman level experience strongly preferred Strong professional knife skills required Extensive experience trimming and portioning meat Previous experience in production or meat-processing environments required Ability to work accurately and consistently in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and quality Spanish-speaking candidates are accepted #J-18808-Ljbffr
