How you'll make an impact in this role

• Support patients with their daily living activities, ensuring they maintain dignity and comfort during their recovery journey.
• Champion patient safety and mobility by assisting with safe movement and positioning, directly contributing to faster physical rehabilitation.
• Monitor and communicate vital changes in a patient's physical or emotional state to the nursing team, serving as a critical first line of defense in patient care.
• Document every stage of the patient's progress to ensure the clinical team has an accurate, high-quality record for informed decision-making.
• Maintain a healing environment by keeping patient rooms and medical equipment organized and ready for immediate clinical use.

What minimum requirements you'll need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Aide preferred.
• Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
