Strategic Fundraising Analyst

Estimated Compensation $140,000 – $185,000 total annual compensation (varies by employer) Location New York, NY Employment Type Full Time Position Overview Strategic Fundraising Analysts support investment and fundraising teams by developing and executing strategies to raise capital, maintain investor relationships, and support growth initiatives. The role blends financial analysis, investor communication, and market research to help drive successful fundraising campaigns. These roles often involve close collaboration with senior fundraising professionals, investor relations teams, and portfolio managers. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of fundraising strategies for new and existing funds Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify potential investors and fundraising opportunities Support investor outreach, including preparing pitch materials, presentations, and investor communications Maintain and update investor databases, CRM systems, and fundraising dashboards Analyze investor trends, capital allocation patterns, and fundraising performance metrics Support due diligence requests and reporting for prospective and current investors Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective fundraising processes Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc fundraising reports and presentations for senior management Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field Strong understanding of capital markets, fundraising, and investment vehicles Experience or coursework in fundraising, investor relations, private equity, or venture capital (preferred but not required) Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for investor-facing materials Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM or investor tracking systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Interest in strategic capital raising, investor engagement, and market intelligence #J-18808-Ljbffr Initio Capital
