Cordia Resources is seeking a Senior Accountant who will play a critical role in managing the general ledger, supporting financial reporting processes, and preparing for audits. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Yardi software and a solid background in real estate accounting. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist with the coordination and preparation of internal and external audits. Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis. Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiencies. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on real estate. Proficiency in Yardi software is required. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
