$125,000 - $200,000 yearly

• Lead client consultations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring each client feels heard and understood.
• Develop and execute strategic legal plans tailored to each client's unique family law needs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests with integrity.
• Collaborate with our team to share insights and strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and support.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents with precision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Stay updated on family law trends and changes, integrating new knowledge into practice to benefit clients.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff, contributing to their professional growth and development within the firm.

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of hands-on family law litigation experience.
• Active membership and good standing in the CA Bar.
• Confident decision-making and a calm courtroom presence.
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills.
• Tech-savvy, organized, and ready to hit the ground running.
