Compensation:$125,000 - $200,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Lead client consultations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring each client feels heard and understood.
- Develop and execute strategic legal plans tailored to each client's unique family law needs.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating for their best interests with integrity.
- Collaborate with our team to share insights and strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and support.
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents with precision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Stay updated on family law trends and changes, integrating new knowledge into practice to benefit clients.
- Mentor junior attorneys and support staff, contributing to their professional growth and development within the firm.
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of hands-on family law litigation experience.
- Active membership and good standing in the CA Bar.
- Confident decision-making and a calm courtroom presence.
- Excellent communication and client-relations skills.
- Tech-savvy, organized, and ready to hit the ground running.
