Maintenance Manager

Serioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is Looking for a Maintenance Manager for its plant in St. Louis, Missouri! Lead, coordinate, and support the Technical Team by managing priorities, removing bottlenecks, and resolving critical issues to maximize production efficiency. Oversee maintenance of machinery, equipment, molds, and utilities, minimizing production disruptions and maximizing equipment uptime. Ensure machinery, equipment, and utilities comply with material, functional, safety, and regulatory requirements. Manage external suppliers and consultants, selecting the best solutions and supervising service delivery. Ensure compliance with company safety policies, HSE regulations, and workplace hygiene standards, maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas. Collaborate with Production and Quality to resolve major technical and quality issues. Ensure availability of critical spare parts, monitor consumption trends, and optimize inventory replenishment. Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and organization. Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual technical reports, maintaining accurate maintenance documentation and records. What are we looking for? Proven experience as Head of Maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems. Excellent knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, and/or Injection Molding). Strong applied knowledge of WCM principles, HSE standards, and best practices.
