Are you an experienced property management professional who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly? We are looking for a dependable and knowledgeable Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of single-family residential properties.

The ideal candidate is a licensed real estate agent with hands-on experience in single-family property management. However, we are also open to an experienced residential property manager who is not currently licensed but is willing to obtain a real estate license within an agreed-upon timeframe.

$60,000 - $70,000 +Bonus Options

• Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned single-family rental properties

• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, residents, applicants, and vendors

• Market available properties and coordinate showings

• Screen prospective residents and assist with the leasing process

• Prepare and manage leases, renewals, notices, and move-in documentation

• Coordinate property inspections, maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor services

• Oversee move-ins, move-outs, property turnovers, and security deposit documentation

• Monitor rent payments, delinquencies, lease compliance, and resident concerns

• Maintain accurate property, resident, maintenance, and communication records

• Provide property owners with timely updates regarding their investments

• Help ensure compliance with applicable landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing requirements, and company policies

• Contribute ideas that support the continued growth and improvement of our property management services

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone

• Candidates without a real estate license must have significant single-family residential property management experience and be willing to obtain a license

• Strong understanding of the complete residential property management cycle

• Experience working with property owners, residents, applicants, and vendors

• Excellent organization, follow-through, problem-solving, and time-management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple properties, deadlines, and service requests

• Comfortable learning and using property management technology

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
