Human Resources Generalist Full Time Tampa, FL, US 1 Attachments 2 days ago Requisition ID: 1802 Role Summary The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. This role serves as a key partner to managers and employees, ensuring consistent application of HR processes and a positive employee experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Medical, dental, and vision Insurance 401(k) plan with company match Company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage Generous PTO and paid holidays Employee recognition programs Wellness resources and employee assistance program (EAP) Employee referral program with bonus incentives Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Onboarding (Primary Focus) Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (intake, sourcing, screening, coordination, offer) Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other tools to build strong pipelines Partner with hiring managers to drive timely hiring decisions and reduce time-to-fill Ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process, including pre-employment requirements and new hire setup Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate activity and records in HR systems (e.g., ADP) Payroll Management Manage and coordinate payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission Review payroll reports, audit for discrepancies, and partner with finance as needed Ensure compliance with payroll policies, wage and hour laws, and internal controls Maintain payroll-related documentation and support reporting requirements Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns Support investigations, documentation, and resolution of employee issuesPartner with managers to address performance concerns and provide guidance HR Operations & Compliance Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws Support audits, reporting, and documentation as needed Performance & Engagement Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and HR communications Benefits Administration Assist employees with benefits-related questions and enrollment support Coordinate with vendors and support open enrollment processes Administrative Support & Additional Duties Provide general administrative support to the HR function and leadership as needed Assist with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and maintenance of HR trackers Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives Perform other HR and administrative duties as required to support business operations Schedule Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm OR 9am-6pm Job Type & Location Full time – In-Office 5404 Cypress Center Drive, Ste, 300, Tampa, FL 33609 ALAW is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
