The Manufacturing Coordinator would be responsible for supporting talent acquisition, candidate experience, and employee onboarding. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional site teams, this role is responsible for driving smooth interview logistics, ensuring timely candidate feedback, and facilitating a welcoming, compliant onboarding journey for all new team members.

responsibilities:

Interview Scheduling: Coordinate phone, virtual, and on-site interviews across candidate and hiring manager calendars; handle all interview logistics and communications.

Feedback Collection: Follow up with hiring panels to gather candidate feedback, schedule debriefs, and keep hiring decisions moving efficiently.

Onboarding Execution: Manage background checks and pre-employment tasks, coordinate day-one orientation, verify I-9 compliance, and ensure a smooth start for new hires.

qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of manufacturing coordination, talent acquisition coordination, or fast-paced administrative experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.

Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, or Greenhouse).

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
