Job Description Quality Control Clinical Laboratory Specialist Irvine, CA 92618 (*Onsite. Must be local and able to commute) $32hr (Weekly pay + Benefits) 4 month contract (Great potential for extension and permanent) Full-time: M-F start time 7am (8hr shift) Our client is a global team of innovators, leaders, creators, builders, and problem solvers. The Quality Control Clinical Laboratory Specialist position supports the testing and documentation needs of the Quality Control Department during the manufacture and release of company control products. This position will work both independently and in a team‑oriented environment. How You’ll Make An Impact: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot QC Laboratory instrumentation Follow performing good laboratory practices and procedures Order supplies and maintain instrument Preventative Maintenance schedule. Work in a team environment and interface with other departments when required Evaluate assay runs for accuracy and acceptability to Quality Control procedures Enter results into Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) as required Job requires working side by side with the Quality Control Specialists in testing product at all stages of manufacturing process. What You Bring: AA or higher in science field or equivalent clinical lab experience. 1+ yr of experience in Lab setting running chemistry or immunoassay analyzers Experience to follow performing Good Laboratory practices and procedures Able to enter results to Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Ability to follow standard procedures in a quick‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.
