Senior Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Salary: $28.00-$32.00/hour

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accounts Receivable Coordinator / Junior Accountant:

• Manage tenant A/R, collections, and cash application using ClickPay and MRI
• Post receipts, maintain A/R batches, and complete month-end A/R close
• Generate tenant billings and follow up on past-due balances
• Prepare arrears and cash flow reporting support
• Assist with general accounting tasks related to receivables
• Support accounting for an affiliated co-working entity (including Nexudus)

Qualifications for the Senior Accounts Receivable Coordinator / Junior Accountant:

• Proven accounts receivable experience, ideally in real estate or property management
• Hands-on experience with ClickPay, MRI, or similar accounting systems
• Comfort managing tenant or customer-facing communications
• Strong accuracy and deadline management skills
• Ability to transition quickly from training to independent responsibility
