Welke dagen dit zijn gaat in overleg met de manager en het team.Opleidingsniveau: HBOWerkervaring: Senior### Hoe ga jij impact maken?Het team LV-WOZ is op zoek naar een Senior Technisch Applicatie Ontwikkelaar. Het LV-WOZ team is o.a. verantwoordelijk voor de Landelijke Voorziening Waarde Onroerende Zaken. Het team waarin je werkt voert de ontwikkel- en beheerwerkzaamheden uit voor LV-WOZ.Alle gemeenten in Nederland zijn aangesloten op de LV-WOZ. Afnemers als CBS, Belastingdienst en Waterschappen ontvangen WOZ-gegevens uit de LV-WOZ doormiddel van verschillende producten en diensten. De WOZ-waarden van alle woningen zijn op te vragen in het WOZ-waardeloket.Dit betreft een uitdagende beheer- (maintenance) opdracht binnen een complex Java landschap, de applicatie is ongeveer 7 jaar oud en er zal geen doorontwikkeling plaatsvinden, het gaat enkel om het beheer en onderhoud van de huidige dienst.Je zult in deze opdracht werken aan het in stand houden van de diverse onderdelen van de LV-WOZ. De tickets bestaan voornamelijk uit beheerswerkzaamheden, het gaat hierbij om het technisch beheer. Je werkt aan bugs en Life Cycle Management, maar ook aan technisch inhoudelijke klantvragen welke vanuit Functioneel Beheer niet beantwoord kunnen worden.In de LV-WOZ ontvangen we berichten van bronhouders (gemeenten) doormiddel van Digikoppeling EBMS. Daarnaast verstrekken we deze gegevens aan afnemers doormiddel van StUF Bevragingen (WUS, ebMS & webapplicatie), Digilevering en APIs. Afnemers kunnen een terugmelding doen over de gegevens in de LV-WOZ, wij stellen deze melding beschikbaar voor de bijbehorende bronhouder ter afhandeling.Voor deze producten en diensten gaat het om zowel front-end en back-end werkzaamheden. Het betreft een complex landschap, een goed analytisch inzicht is dan ook zeker een vereiste evenals een sterke persoonlijkheid.Je hebt een proactieve aanpak, kan de lead nemen in technische analyses en involveert en informeert het team op een goede manier.**Belangrijkste technieken, methoden en tools*** Java 17-21* Spring Boot* SQL - Oracle / Postgres* Typescript* Angular* StUF WOZ* Kubernetes* ArchoCD* Openshift* EBMS* SOAP* XML* JSON* REST API* GitHub* Maven* SAML / OAuth / JWT, Bootstrap, cloud concepten, Prometheus, Splunk en of Grafana, OpenAPI, Digikoppeling en NPM.**De belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden*** Analyseren en oplossen van bugs en gebruikersvragen in samenspraak met de Product Owner en Functioneel Beheerders;* Wijzigen en toevoegen van applicatie code in de LV-WOZ applicaties;* Deelnemen in een Scrum / DevOps team (stand-ups, retrospectives, refinements, poker planning e.d.);* Toepassen en bijhouden van Java ontwikkelstandaarden;* Engineer dient cross functional te zijn en mee te werken aan bv. het testen;* Documenteren van de oplossing;* Overdracht van de kennis.### Eisen* Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend, in woord en geschrift.* Je hebt een afgeronde (bachelor) hbo-opleiding of hoger.* Je hebt minimaal 7 jaar ervaring met Java (inclusief recente -Java 17 en hoger- versies).* Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met beheer in een complex Java-applicatie landschap.* Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met SQL (Oracle en/of Postgres).* Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met Springboot.* Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met Angular.* Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met Typescript.* Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring met StUF WOZ.* Je hebt taalniveau Nederlands minimaal B2.### Wensen en competenties### Wensen* Je geeft een beschrijving van een recente opdracht (niet langer dan 3 jaar geleden) waar je voor langere periode (minimaal 2 jaar) aan hebt gewerkt welke je ervaring met het beheer van een Java-applicatie binnen een complexe landschap aantonen. Schets hierin tevens enkele knelpunten en hoe je hiermee omging. (60 punten)* Je hebt recente ervaring (niet langer dan 3 jaar geleden) met de StUF (WOZ) standaard.
