Job Summary

We are seeking a Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Jackson, MI. This role supports shipping, inventory, material handling, and warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.

This is a strong opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, steady schedules, and being part of a production-focused team. The position offers the chance to build long-term skills in warehouse operations, forklift operation, inventory control, and manufacturing support while working with a team that values safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products, materials, and supplies safely throughout the facility.
- Support shipping and receiving activities, including staging, loading, unloading, and verifying materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory movement and assist with cycle counts or material tracking as needed.
- Move, organize, and store materials according to production and warehouse requirements.
- Follow safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and manufacturing facility guidelines.
- Work closely with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to support daily operational goals.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $19 per hour.
- Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule, 6 AM to 6 PM.
- Job Type: Contract, temp-to-hire.
- Location: Jackson, MI.
