Staffing Coordinator

The Chateau Girardeau is looking for an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys supporting clinical teams through effective scheduling, staffing coordination, onboarding, and education.

Key Job Responsibilities Include:

· Schedule all clinical staff in accordance with regulations and facility needs

· Support hiring efforts by conducting interviews for frontline clinical staff

· Assist with onboarding and ongoing education for clinical staff

This is a full-time hourly position. Expected hours of work are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. As a position in a 24/7 skilled nursing environment, occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required to ensure continuity of resident care.

· Minimum of two years of scheduling, staffing, human resources, or related experience preferred.

· Healthcare experience, specifically in long-term care, preferred.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills required

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment required

· Strong communication/interpersonal skills required

· Experience with scheduling software systems preferred.
