Full-time OB/GYN Physician Position
Full-time OB/GYN Physician positions are available in Jersey City, NJ, offering a primarily outpatient schedule with 80% of services provided at modern faculty practice locations throughout Hudson County and 20% at a leading regional medical center. The women's health facilities have recently undergone $30 million in renovations, featuring in-office ultrasound, 3D mammography, and bone densitometry, as well as a new ER/OR building equipped with two Xi robotic systems and a teaching console.
Position Highlights
- Schedule: Predominantly outpatient, no required call schedule.
- Practice Setting: State-of-the-art outpatient and inpatient facilities, with access to advanced imaging and minimally invasive surgical technology.
- Academic Environment: Opportunity for teaching and mentorship as part of a major teaching hospital with a fully accredited residency program. Academic appointments at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School are available.
- Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package including health, life, disability, and malpractice insurance, 401k/retirement, PTO, and dedicated CME time.
- Loan Repayment: Employment at certain sites may qualify for federal loan repayment programs.

Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible by ABOG.
- Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in New Jersey.
- Newly graduated residents are encouraged to apply.

The medical center serves as a regional referral and teaching hospital, providing comprehensive care for women and infants, trauma, and cardiac patients. The campus features advanced imaging technology, a dedicated women's health center, a Level III Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Center, and a full spectrum of OB/GYN services for women at every stage of life.
