Arterial Regional Sales Manager - Great Lakes Region - Peripheral Vascular

Stryker seeks an Arterial Regional Sales Manager for the Great Lakes region to lead peripheral vascular sales efforts. The role involves managing Account Managers, driving revenue growth, executing strategic initiatives, and building relationships with healthcare customers and physicians. Field-based position with 60% travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop account managers; build relationships with customers and health systems
- Own regional revenue targets, forecasts, and business growth plans
- Recruit, onboard, and retain talent while coaching performance improvement
- Monitor sales activity, pipeline, case coverage, and regional productivity metrics
- Represent company at trade shows and educational meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 6+ years medical device sales experience
- 3+ years medical device sales leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, and presentation skills
- Solid business acumen and financial understanding
- Knowledge of peripheral vascular products and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
Compensation: $175,000 base salary + commission and bonus eligibility
