We are looking for someone who doesn't just set appointments, but gets people to take action.

THE ROLE: 

As our High Ticket Setter you're going to followup with inbound leads for people interested in real estate.

We run ads and then from people who opt in we need follow-ups on skool messaging and texts and calls!

Your goal is to move interested people to book a call with our high ticket closer. 

Connect with them through authentic, value-driven conversations

Set high-quality discovery calls for our closing team

Champion the vision of what's possible when faith meets action

You'll be working warm leads people who've already raised their hand and shown interest from facebook ads.

Your job is to take that momentum and turn it into calls. 

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Your Scorecard:

Set 30-60 qualified discovery calls per month (that show up)

Maintain an 75%+ show rate through world-class follow-up

Generate conversations that our closers rave about

Become a trusted voice in our community

Your Compensation:

$15 per qualified demo set AND shown ($750/month baseline)

5% commission on all closed deals of our 5k product ($250ea)

This is performance-based compensation for performers. If you're someone who needs a "safe" salary, this isn't your calling.
