Litigation Associate

Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a nationally recognized litigation firm with seven offices nationwide. Recognized by Best Lawyers in America® Best Law Firms and Chambers Spotlight, the firm represents employers, businesses, insurers, and professionals in employment, construction, commercial, and professional liability disputes. Compensation: Base salary ranging from $150,000-$200,000, commensurate with experience and level Schedule: Hybrid Billable Requirement: Approximately 1,850 hours What you'll be doing: Managing litigation matters from inception through resolution. Drafting motions, pleadings, briefs, and other substantive filings. Taking and defending depositions, attending hearings and mediations, and preparing for trial. Working directly with clients on case strategy, risk assessment, and litigation outcomes. What you'll need: Active California Bar membership in good standing. 4+ years of litigation experience. Experience in employment, construction, commercial/business, or professional liability litigation. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships. Judicial clerkship experience and strong academic credentials are a plus.
