Assistant Vice President

The client is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Human Resources to support strategic and operational HR leadership. In this role, you will help shape HR programs and ensure effective people practices across the organization, aligning workforce initiatives with organizational goals. You will oversee and improve key HR functions such as talent and workforce planning, employee relations, performance and development support, and HR policies and processes. The position will typically involve partnering with internal leaders to address people-related needs, promote a positive employee experience, and strengthen consistency and compliance in HR practices. Qualified candidates will have senior HR leadership experience and strong judgment in handling complex employee and organizational issues. You will be expected to demonstrate effective leadership, clear communication, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in HR operations while supporting organizational priorities and fostering collaboration across teams.
