Coating Assistant Operator - Safety-Focused, Rotating Shifts

ProAmpac is seeking a Coating Assistant Operator in Matthews, NC. The role focuses on safe machine operation, setup, startup, and shutdown, with a rotating shift every four weeks. You will learn SCADA/Wonderware systems, support equipment, and TPM practices while maintaining high housekeeping standards. Starting pay is $21.62 per hour with the ability to work any/all shifts including 12- or 8-hour options.
