Hallmark Homecare LLC is a leading home care franchisor experiencing a period of extreme, exciting growth! We match independent caregivers with seniors and individuals needing specialized in-home care. As our network expands rapidly, we are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Online experience to join us at our Irvine, CA corporate office.

Position Overview

** • Employment Type: ** Part-Time

** • Location: ** In-Office (Irvine, CA)

** • Hours: ** 9am-2pm Monday-Friday

** • Reporting Structure: ** Reports directly to the Corporate Accounting Manager.

** • Education: ** Associates Degree with minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience

Primary Responsibilities

· Multi-Unit QBO Management: Efficiently manage, monitor, and clean up the QuickBooks Online accounts for several of our growing Franchise locations.

· ****Bank & Credit Card Feeds: ****Code, categorize, and match daily bank feeds across multiple independent entity files with high accuracy.

· Account Reconciliations: Perform prompt monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain pristine financial records.

· Ad Hoc Corporate Duties: Assist the corporate leadership team with miscellaneous administrative tasks, special projects, and reporting as needed during this high-growth phase.

Required Qualifications

· Advanced QuickBooks Online Skills: Deep, daily hands-on familiarity with QBO. You must know how to navigate multiple company files and troubleshoot entries.

· Bookkeeping Experience: Strong practical knowledge of everyday accounting principles (matching, categorizing expenses, debits/credits).

· High Growth Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift as our franchise network expands.

· Organization: A natural ability to keep multiple independent accounts organized without missing a beat.

** Advanced Excel knowledge: ** V-lookup's, Pivot tables

Preferred Qualifications (But Not Required)

· Experience bookkeeping within a franchise ecosystem or dealing with a multi-entity business structure.
