Oil & Gas Senior Accountant

A growing, well-established midstream energy company is adding a Senior Accountant to its corporate accounting team due to continued business growth and acquisitions. What You’ll D Prepare monthly billing and revenue accounting activities Record revenue during the monthly close process Perform revenue analysis, variance analysis, and financial reporting Analyze contracts and revenue transactions Support internal and external audits Partner with Commercial, Tax, Regulatory, and Corporate Development team Assist with reporting enhancements and system improvement initiatives Participate in special projects and process improvement efforts What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance 3-5+ years of accounting experience ASC 606 / Revenue Accounting Experience Energy, natural gas, or pipeline industry experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of GAAP Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Highly organized with strong attention to details Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Connect Search, LLC
