This unique opportunity involves supporting two elementary school communities: one day per week at each location (Parker and Franktown). Both schools foster inclusive environments where dedicated professionals are valued and supported as they help students reach their full potential.

As a school psychologist in these settings, you will primarily focus on special education assessments, working collaboratively with educators and families to ensure each child’s unique learning needs are identified and addressed.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Current state certification/licensure as a school psychologist
• Previous experience working in an educational environment, preferably at the elementary level
• Proven proficiency with a variety of special education assessments and tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Ability to adapt to different school cultures and support diverse student populations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage caseloads across multiple sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive special education evaluations
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop student support plans
• Provide insights and recommendations for additional student services as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely assessment reports and student documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students
