Instead of spending your day cold-calling or sitting behind a desk, you'll be creating engaging content, showcasing vehicles, hosting live streams, generating leads, and building relationships with customers through social media. What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate & Social Media Brand Ambassador, you'll help drive vehicle sales by creating authentic, engaging content that connects with today's car shoppers.

Content Creation & Personal Branding

• Create engaging vehicle walkarounds, product demonstrations, and behind-the-scenes dealership content.

• Host live video streams on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social media channels.

• Build your own personal automotive brand while representing Sanborn Chevrolet.

• Develop creative content that attracts followers, sparks engagement, and generates customer inquiries.

• Stay ahead of social media trends, viral content opportunities, and platform features.

Automotive Sales & Customer Engagement

• Learn and become an expert on the Chevrolet vehicle lineup.

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process in a consultative, non-pressure environment.

• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers both online and in person.

• Respond promptly to internet leads, social media inquiries, texts, emails, phone calls, and direct messages.

• Create personalized video responses for prospective customers.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

• Prepare quotes, complete financing paperwork, and assist customers throughout their ownership journey.

 

Lead Generation

• Use content and social engagement to generate your own leads and customer base.

• Leverage video, storytelling, and digital communication to create opportunities.

• Convert followers, viewers, and online engagement into vehicle sales and repeat business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or similar platforms.

• Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or influencer experience preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Basic knowledge of video creation, editing, and social media analytics is a plus.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
