Member Experience Associate

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly motivated fitness enthusiast to join our team and represent our brand with passion and dedication. The ideal candidate is flexible, a team player, reliable, and hardworking. This is a part-time position . A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in customer service, sales, and/or fitness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicating effectively with others Conducting gym tours Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym Membership sales Providing exceptional customer service Handling opening and closing Managing communications via phone, email, and text Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanor Genuine and honest personality Flexible availability Savvy with technology Self‑motivated and proactive Some experience in customer service, sales, and/orfitnessis preferred Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license to apply
