Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Responsibilities The primary role of the BOA is to provide administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors. Provide exceptional client service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions, resolving issues and ensuring an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal client support team members. Handle account opening, transfers, and other requests; process account transactions; prepare documentation and maintain accurate client records. Manage various administrative tasks: scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, supporting marketing initiatives, and updating SOPs. Support the annual business planning process and marketing activities such as planning and executing events. Skills and Qualities Analytical thinking Attention to detail Adaptability Conversational skills Digital tool utilization Team collaboration Qualifications Strong computer literacy; willingness to learn new technology such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and take direction from the financial advisor. Experience in administrative support in a financial services environment is an advantage.
