About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Imaging Services to lead and oversee the strategic and operational aspects of diagnostic imaging. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the excellence of service delivery, compliance with regulatory standards, and the financial performance of a large-scale imaging service line. This role involves leading strategic initiatives to enhance imaging services, driving innovation, and aligning departmental goals with the organization's objectives. The Vice President will also be tasked with managing a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and collaborating with physicians and executives to advance service-line growth and operational enhancements. Applicants for the Vice President of Imaging Services position at the company must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in diagnostic imaging or hospital clinical operations. A Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) credential is preferred. The role requires a strong knowledge of imaging modalities, regulatory compliance, and financial management, as well as expertise in quality-improvement methodologies and patient-safety standards. The ideal candidate will be skilled in strategic planning, project management, and performance measurement systems, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Familiarity with imaging technology trends and experience in vendor contract negotiation are also essential.
