What You'll Do Welcome guests, answer phones, and book massage and facial appointments Explain membership benefits and confidently ask for the sale — you'll carry a monthly goal Call and text guests to fill the schedule and recover cancellations fast Prebook every guest for their next visit and recommend upgrades and retail Check guests in and out accurately on our booking and point-of-sale system Keep the front desk clean and organized, and support the therapists and estheticians through busy shifts What We're Looking For Customer service, front desk, retail, hospitality, fitness, or medical office experience Comfortable asking for the sale — and comfortable hearing no Friendly, confident, and clear on the phone Reliable and punctual, week in and week out Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and POS systems Spa, gym, hotel, or medical front desk experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus WHERE THIS GOES Top performers move up to Lead Spa Associate, Assistant Spa Manager, and Spa Manager.
