About the Role:

A local company is seeking a dynamic Office Assistant to join our team in Round Lake Beach, IL. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional assembly solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Assist with sales orders entry into the system
• Possible to handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
• Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with HR/ Payroll administrative tasks
• Contribute to a positive office culture and team collaboration.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing setting!!
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
• Experience using ADP
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
• Ability to suggest new payroll systems and process
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
