Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and at-home exercise routines.
• Keep accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress while adhering to facility and regulatory standards.

Education

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Required state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification is preferred.
