Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedic & Vestibular FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Jacksonville Location: 13001 Atlantic Boulevard, Suite 3, Jacksonville, FL 32225 Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday | Pay: $40.00–$45.00 per hour Join a Growing Outpatient Physical Therapy Team FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Jacksonville is seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation clinic. You’ll work alongside experienced therapists treating a diverse patient population with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, neurological, and functional mobility conditions while receiving mentorship and opportunities for professional development. What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals. Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services. Treat orthopedic, vestibular, balance, neurological, and post‑surgical conditions. Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, home exercise programs, and wellness. Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation. Collaborate with therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care. Maintain outstanding patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Active Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.. Outpatient clinical experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a patient-centered approach.
