Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage clinical outcomes by addressing outlier cases alongside fellow therapists to ensure consistent patient care.
• Streamline clinical workflows to optimize patient capture, manage the processing of referrals, and effectively schedule appointments to minimize wait times.
• Implement personalized therapy plans for each patient, focusing on early intervention strategies and conducting same-day evaluations to promote swift recovery.
• Foster a collaborative and professional working environment that emphasizes teamwork, quality of care, exceptional outcomes, and patient safety.
• Work alongside the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify and pursue continuous clinical improvement opportunities that enhance service delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, referral sources, and insurance payer groups through regular communications and involvement in engagement initiatives.
• Utilize clinical management systems efficiently to ensure accurate documentation, appropriate coding levels, charge capture, and compliance with patient care orders.
• Maintain adherence to the State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations, along with workers' compensation regulations, guaranteeing the highest standards of care.
• Drive initiatives focused on measuring patient satisfaction, experience metrics, and feedback to enhance service delivery continuously.
• Exemplify the principles established in the Physical Therapy Guidebook and ensure adherence to the Perfect PT visit framework.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Valid and active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service, exhibiting professionalism and tact in all interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient setting is highly advantageous, particularly in managing diverse patient populations.
