Kinetic Ease PT is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Physical Therapist, based in Jacksonville, Florida, to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. This role focuses on enhancing patient mobility and quality of life for individuals undergoing rehabilitation. Our ideal candidate will be committed to developing personalized treatment plans that reflect best practices in physical therapy, targeting the specific needs and goals of each patient.

Our facility spans over 5,000 square feet, housing state-of-the-art equipment and resources to ensure the highest standards of care. We pride ourselves on accepting a wide range of private health insurance providers, enabling us to make physical therapy accessible to our clients. Our team consists of highly qualified professionals, including two seasoned physical therapists and a skilled physical therapist assistant (PTA).

Work Environment

As an on-site physical therapist at our Jacksonville rehabilitation center, you will work collaboratively within a supportive and energetic environment. Our facility is designed to optimize patient comfort and rehabilitation outcomes, featuring advanced therapeutic modalities and an open layout that encourages teamwork and interaction among staff and patients alike. With a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, you will enjoy a work-life balance while contributing to patient recovery journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and address individual patient needs to develop tailored care and wellness plans.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, providing focused, quality care.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities to enhance patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Document patient progress accurately within EMR software such as WebPT for effective tracking.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and treatment synergy.
• Encourage health and wellness through personalized fitness programs that foster strength and flexibility.
• Analyze treatment outcomes and adapt care protocols based on real-time results and patient feedback.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process, emphasizing empowerment and active participation in their recovery.
• Stay informed of the latest industry practices to continuously enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will be working with range from amateur athletes to everyday individuals seeking to regain function and mobility after injury or surgery. Your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care will be pivotal in helping clients reduce reliance on prescription medications and explore effective non-surgical treatment options. You will closely monitor their progress while ensuring they receive personalized attention and care tailored to their individual circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• A valid state Physical Therapist License with no history of disciplinary action.
• Strong manual therapy skills to effectively implement therapeutic interventions.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing orthopedic outpatient care.
• Experience in developing and implementing effective rehabilitation programs for diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy, with a focus on evidence-based treatment.

Compensation and Benefits
