Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities, understanding their individual challenges and setting personalized goals for therapy.
• Deliver skilled therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and various modalities to enhance patient recovery.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, ensuring treatment plans are adjusted based on real-time assessments and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to formulate a holistic approach to patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, creating tailored home exercise programs that support continuity of care.
• Implement fall prevention strategies tailored to the needs of our patients, helping them to navigate their environments safely.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in continuing education opportunities that enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
