Work Environment

You will work onsite at our modern outpatient facility, which is designed to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for both staff and patients. Our work hours are Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM, enabling you to engage with patients during convenient times. The office is fully equipped with the latest therapy technology and equipment, providing you with the resources necessary to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the comprehensive therapeutic care of an assigned patient caseload, collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to provide tailored treatment plans.
• Conduct detailed patient evaluations, assessing therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status to inform the development of personalized care strategies.
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions that align with the physician's plan of care, ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, utilization of prosthetic devices, and self-management strategies to support recovery outside of therapy sessions.
• Prioritize and manage your caseload effectively, coordinating with colleagues to ensure appropriate staffing and patient care continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role primarily involves working with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions. You will engage with both adult and pediatric populations, providing care that is sensitive to their unique needs and conditions. Our patients value thorough assessments and individualized treatment plans, and your expertise will directly contribute to their ongoing recovery and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to best practices in patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
