Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, identifying strength, mobility, and pain levels.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific needs, goals, and functional challenges.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercises and modalities, to maximize patient recovery and functional outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and document patients' progress throughout therapy, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises, self-management techniques, and strategies to maintain health and prevent injury after discharge.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to promote an integrated approach to patient care, ensuring seamless communication and support throughout the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will encounter a diverse patient demographic, including individuals of all ages—from children recovering from sports injuries to older adults managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
