Work Environment

Situated in the vibrant city of Jacksonville, our onsite rehabilitation facility is designed to offer a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both patients and staff. You will have access to state-of-the-art equipment and resources, allowing you to implement varied treatment techniques effectively. With a team dedicated to holistic healing, our clinic operates Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, fostering a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient goals and develop personalized care plans addressing their unique needs.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently, ensuring one-on-one sessions that allow you to fully engage with each patient for optimal therapy outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities to increase patients' range of motion, restore functionality, and promote recovery.
• Empower patients by providing cost-effective treatments, emphasizing alternatives to medication reliance and surgery where applicable.
• Design and execute tailored fitness and wellness regimens that cater specifically to the individual patient's requirements and recovery goals.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment journey, reinforcing positive lifestyle changes that enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive care and continuity for our patients.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care services provided, ensuring compliance and quality assurance in line with clinic standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Holistic Health PT Clinic, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions affecting their musculoskeletal systems. Our diverse clientele includes athletes, active retirees, and individuals seeking rehabilitation for conditions such as arthritis, tendonitis, and post-surgical recovery. Your expertise will aid them in restoring their functionality and improving their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; however, a Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida is mandatory.
• No record of board or disciplinary actions on your license is acceptable.
• Strong foundational knowledge in manual therapy techniques and their application in treatment.
• Experience in designing and implementing effective exercise programs for various patients.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care pathways.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized patient care and motivate diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your financial, health, and work-life balance goals.
