Rehab Innovate PT Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This full-time position will involve actively working with patients in an orthopedic outpatient center to help them recover their strength, mobility, and overall quality of life. Work Environment

This position is based in an outpatient clinic setting in Jacksonville, Florida. Our facility is designed to foster a supportive and collaborative atmosphere where therapists work closely together to enhance patient care. You will primarily engage in one-on-one patient sessions, managing your schedule with approximately one patient per hour. This structure allows for personalized attention and tailored treatments that are critical to our patients' progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to identify their specific rehabilitation goals and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Consult with patients to educate them about their conditions and treatment strategies, ensuring they are motivated and engaged throughout their recovery.
• Utilize various treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to facilitate recovery and improve mobility.
• Document patient progress meticulously, keeping accurate records of treatments provided and patient responses.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans that address the holistic health of our patients.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, modifying treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Encourage patients to adopt healthy lifestyle changes that support continuous improvement and long-term wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal disorders. Patients range from young athletes to elderly individuals seeking to maintain their independence. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping them regain functionality and cope with their specific physical challenges.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred).
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a strong understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Experience in developing and implementing personalized exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, for effective patient documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary range of USD $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience. Our benefits include:
