Work Environment

The physical therapy department comprises a team of two experienced Physical Therapists and one Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) dedicated to working together to provide exceptional patient care. You will work in a dynamic and supportive clinic environment where collaboration and communication are vital. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, identifying their needs and designing tailored treatment strategies to achieve their goals.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, providing individualized therapy that enhances mobility and function.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, to facilitate recovery and promote non-surgical interventions.
• Create detailed care plans incorporating a range of therapeutic activities aimed at improving strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Inspire and motivate patients to engage actively in their recovery process while receiving personalized treatment.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient care services accurately within our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, such as WebPT.
• Maintain a collaborative relationship with other medical professionals to ensure cohesive patient management.
• Educate patients on fitness and wellness regimens designed to foster long-term health and prevent future injuries.
• Analyze and share treatment results to track patient improvements and support collective learning within the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Agile Touch, you will work primarily with individuals undergoing rehabilitation for various orthopedic conditions. Our patient population includes athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals recovering from surgery, and patients seeking to improve their mobility and quality of life. We pride ourselves on offering personalized care that meets the unique needs of each client, which allows them to progress in their rehabilitation journeys effectively.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active State Physical Therapist License with no history of disciplinary action.
• Strong manual therapy skills essential for effective treatment delivery.
• Proficient in utilizing EMR Software, especially WebPT, for patient documentation and management.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates with prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care, as this background offers a strong foundation for our patient population and the treatment modalities we utilize.

Compensation and Benefits

Agile Touch offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
