Corehab Physical Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. Work Environment

You will work onsite in our rehabilitation facility located in the beautiful city of Jacksonville, Florida. The clinic features a collaborative and supportive work environment where team members are encouraged to share ideas and contribute to best practices in patient care. The working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their specific mobility challenges and health goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations, employing a wide range of therapeutic modalities.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to facilitate recovery and improve the physical well-being of clients.
• Actively engage with patients to motivate and encourage them throughout their rehabilitation journeys, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
• Monitor patient progress continuously and adjust treatment plans to ensure they meet evolving needs and goals.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation through effective use of our EMR system, specifically WebPT, to uphold regulatory compliance and enhance patient care continuity.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to discuss patient progress and optimize outcome measures.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient clinic serves a diverse clientele, ranging from post-operative patients to athletes recovering from sports injuries. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• An active and unblemished Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated competency in a variety of manual therapy techniques and the ability to design effective therapeutic exercise programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and educate them effectively.
• Familiarity with utilizing EMR systems, particularly WebPT, for accurate and efficient documentation.
• Continual engagement with current research and advancements in physical therapy practices.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic care settings.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful treatment plans that lead to improved patient outcomes.
• Active participation in continuing education programs related to physical therapy trends and techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

Corehab Physical Therapy Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
