Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Avecina, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced modalities tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Working closely with patients from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating outstanding customer service and professional empathy.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are essential for this position:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT).
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in various treatment methodologies.
• Current CPR certification and basic knowledge of emergency response protocols.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with patients.

Compensation and Benefits
