Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Educate patients and caregivers about diagnoses, treatment plans, and home exercises to encourage active participation in the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists, to maximize patient outcomes through integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid State Physical Therapy License to practice in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
