Work Environment

The work environment is onsite, providing a dynamic and engaging atmosphere where collaboration is key. You will be part of a small, supportive team consisting of two other physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA), all dedicated to delivering effective rehabilitation services. Our team thrives in a 5000 square-foot facility tailored for athletic and energetic individuals, equipped with cutting-edge technology and ample resources for rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and attend to the individual needs and rehabilitation goals of each patient.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring each receives quality and personalized attention.
• Develop comprehensive care plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to enhance recovery.
• Design and implement individualized fitness and wellness regimens to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to create effective treatment strategies and improve patient outcomes.
• Monitor and track patient progress, analyzing results to adapt care plans as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment activities accurately in the EMR system, such as WebPT.
• Coordinate with other medical professionals to enhance interdisciplinary care for patients.
• Educate and inspire patients to adopt healthier lifestyles while undergoing physical therapy.

Qualifications

• DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) degree from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted state Physical Therapist License.
• Clean professional record with no board actions or disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional manual therapy skills and a patient-focused approach to care.
• Proficiency in using EMR software, particularly WebPT, to manage patient records efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient care is preferred, helping to ensure that you can contribute effectively from day one.
• Prior experience in a home care setting or with diverse patient populations will be beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
