Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations which involve reviewing patient history, performing physical assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans based on findings.
• Effectively communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies to patients and their families, actively involving them in goal-setting to promote engagement in their recovery process.
• Implement treatment protocols efficiently, adapting strategies based on patient progress and changes in their condition.
• Document all patient care activities meticulously, ensuring accurate records of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes for each patient.
• Maintain an organized schedule to manage patient appointments, ensuring timeliness and adherence to productivity expectations.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, integrating insights from various healthcare providers when necessary to enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
