Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic health conditions, establishing effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs, setting realistic therapeutic goals that cater to each patient's capabilities.
• Document patient progress meticulously, tracking treatments and responses, while actively making adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
• Reassess therapeutic goals regularly to ensure optimal recovery, redetermining treatment strategies and establishing new objectives based on patient evaluations.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members about treatment plans, home exercise programs, and assistive devices that can facilitate recovery.
• Stay current with evidence-based best practices by attending workshops and actively participating in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications
