Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks aimed at evaluating and enhancing patients' physical capabilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand each patient's physical condition and needs.
• Formulating individualized treatment plans based on the patient's specific mobility issues and recovery goals.
• Employing therapeutic exercise techniques, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education to facilitate healing.
• Educating patients on exercises and proper techniques to maximize their recovery potential and prevent further injury.
• Assisting patients with adaptive equipment like wheelchairs and walkers to support their mobility.
• Maintaining meticulous patient records, documenting progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Providing guidance to patients and their families regarding in-home care strategies and self-management exercises.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
