Job Description Pro Systems Inc. is seeking a dynamic, organized, and reliable Customer Service & Service Manager Assistant to join our team. This dual‑purpose role is perfect for a proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You will serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients while providing critical daily administrative and operational support to our Service Manager and field technicians. If you are a problem‑solver with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Communication Answer incoming phone calls and manage the company email inbox with professionalism. Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving client issues promptly. Administrative & Financial Support Handle accurate data entry and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems. Create work orders, set up new client accounts, and process billing information. Retrieve mail from the local PO Box daily. Conduct routine bank runs and financial deposits safely. Operations & Technical Assistance Schedule customer estimates and coordinate calendars efficiently. Assist field technicians remotely by managing mobile apps, putting accounts on test status, and adding or removing account information. Occasionally transport and deliver necessary equipment directly to technicians on active job sites. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or an assistant role is highly preferred. Cognitive Skills: Excellent memory and strong recall abilities to manage shifting priorities, retain client details, and track multi‑step operational tasks efficiently. Professional Skills: Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and exceptional verbal and written communication. Tech‑Savvy: Proficiency with basic computer programs, email, data entry, and a willingness to learn technical applications used by our field staff. Dependability: Punctual, reliable, and capable of working independently.
